Pay Your Invoice
WAMU and has three secure, convenient, and cost-effective ways for sponsors to receive, view, and pay invoices. If you have any questions about our payment policies, please call 202-885-8231 or email sponsorship@wamu.org.
Credit Card Payments — Online Only
We will only be accepting credit card payments online through our secure payment portal: Wide Orbit Payments. To best serve our clients and provide this platform, a 1.75% fee will apply to online credit card payments. However, no fees will be assessed on payments for orders booked before January 1, 2021, or to transactions / invoices of less than $7,500.00.
Please email sponsorship@wamu.org to request a one-time payment link for your order / invoice, or to have an account set up to view and pay your invoices. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
ACH / EFT Payment
We process ACH / EFT payments through our secure, online payment portal: Wide Orbit Payments. No fees are assessed on ACH / EFT payments.
If your company pays via an Accounts Payable process, please send all ACH / EFT sign-up forms and requirements to WAMU_Business_Administration_Staff@american.edu for processing.
Please set the remittance email to WAMU_Business_Administration_Staff@american.edu and include the invoice or order number in the memo or comment line to ensure timely processing.
Check
We will continue to accept checks at our lockbox. Please include the invoice number(s) to be paid on the memo line. Please see remittance addresses below; the USPS address is posted on all invoices. There is no fee for paying with this service.
